The above image on the left is of the current system of access on the Alpine Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.  The image in the middle is the Forest Service proposed system of access for the same ranger district.  Now do you see a reason to get involved?

The third image was taken 27 Mar 08 of gates that were delivered for "road closures on the Apache" from Heber, AZ despite the fact that the Travel Management Rule is still in public comment.





  We have made some major strides in communications and information sharing with other groups and agencies and encourage everyone to get involved
