ATTENTION!

April 19, 2012 - A gathering of 100 counties and multiple State Legislators took place in Utah today, forming the largest local government organization to date to work on, specialize in and insure success on land issues.  Once again, because of the documentation gathered and the pro-active stance of the organization, CMLUA was the only non-government entity allowed to attend, work with and become involved with the new organization.  This organization is local government based, centered around county elected officials and will build alliances and coalitions across the country to address the key fundamentals of our Republic, concentrating on local control, private property rights and the supreme authority of Counties and States in our system of Republican Government.

March 11, 2012 - Although many groups in our region will claim to be defending our lands, heritage and way of life, they are seldom anywhere around when CMLUA is leading the charge.  This is the same situation now and because of the comprehensive research and background of CMLUA, we are once again in that leadership position.  CMLUA has been invited to personally submit written testimony and in person oral testimony to the U.S. Congressional Natural Resource Committee.  These special Congressional hearings are on the condition and situations involving our western lands and all federally managed lands.  Come to our meeting to hear about exciting updates, victories and new information.

March 12, 2012 - The U.S. Congressional Hearings on the oversight of "Explosion of Federal Regulations Threatening The West" in Elko, NV went excellent.  CMLUA membership, with their maps, documents and testimony received multiple applause from the audience and a special thanks from the U.S. Congressmen.  Apache County leadership were also present and testifying, receiving many thanks and creating multiple new allies in their leadership role of restoring freedom in our country.  The federal agency leadership present and testifying, were caught multiple times in lies, distortion of history and facts.  Remember, come to the meeting to hear about all these and many more exciting updates and victories and to get involved in a group that is really trying to help.
